Shinigami Guide by Tensa:
The 2 Basic Things of Shinigami:
First- Shinigamis are Pluses that have gone to Rukongai and Shinigami School and they promissed to protect every1!
Second- Don't create a shinigami and start killing Humans, u must protect them!
Starting Guide:
First, get lvl 20 or more and then go to urahara's shop, then u go into the ladder and go all side up to the portal to soul society (see World Map in Commands Tab), go to Shinigami School and talk to Shinigami Teacher.
Congratulations! U have become a Shinigami!
now u must get your Shikai:

Q:How do I master shikai?
A:Just use it and attack NPCs!(for most shikai)
Q:Can I become captain?
A:Get lvl 1000, master ur shikai and bankai, and then U ask to any GM if u can get captain!
Q:How can I become vaizard?
A:Take urahara test.
Q:Great I'm vaizard, can I become captain now?
A:NO, SHINIGAMI AND VAIZARDS ARE 2 DIFERENT RACES!
